All designations of the directions of transformations of isotopes of elements and their stability established from experience are indicated in the note on sheet 1 of the Diagram. For clarity, A.M. Protodyakonov painted stable isotopes in gray. In fact, the Diagram is an addition by isotopic composition to the Table of Elements D.I. Mendeleev, which for all those interested in nuclear physics provides comprehensive information as of 1978. Such complete and clear information on the isotopic composition and their transformations no longer occurred. In particular, the lines of the diagram with the right slope are the isotopes of the elements of the periodic table, and with the left tilt are the isotonic series, which T.S. Timofeeva studied.
