Our universe is made of 2 main components - a vacuum-like environment and matter having mass. Environment and matter constitute a unity and cannot exist separately. The vacuum's structure is not contrary to the Maxwell equations, determining the distribution of the electromagnetic wave only when the existence of matter accounting environment - be it called "vacuum", or "ether". Taking into account theexistence of "ether" as the habitat / environment for matter allowed to explain the physical nature of gravity and inertia (mass), magnetism, electromagnetic waves, particle duality.

The habitat of matter present a complex structure of massless charge lattice and magnetic induction flux quanta, which has a direct link with magnetism and the formation of matter.

On the basis of the energy proportions in converting photons into a pair of matter - antimatter substance, the author defines the basic structural elements of the "ether"-vacuum.

This new physical paradigm does not contradict any of the well-known observation and experience.

This film presents the theory of Russian physicist A. Rykov (his theory is outlined in his book "Vacuum and matter of the Universe", as well as in his other articles). The theory gives an explanation of the propagation of light, the nature of gravity and inertia, etc.

FUNDAMENTALS OF THE THEORY OF ETHER, 2000 (pdf, in Russian)

One hundred years ago, the concept of the "ether" was removed from the physics, as it was claimed that it did not meet the reality. However, physicists had to introduce a new concept - the "physical vacuum". Actually, along with the introduction of virtual particles of vacuum interchanging with electromagnetic and nuclear interactions, it is a kind of step back and a recognition of the existence of an "ether", based on a new physical basis.

In this paper, a new theory of "ether" is developed, with the help of vacuum and nuclear photoeffects. The main parameters of the ether's structure are determined. The article separates the "photonic ether" and the "nuclear ether", which are interconnected by common structural entities based on virtual electron - positron pairs. The structure of the various "ether species" led to an unification of gravity and electromagnetism in the photonic ether, and to the unification of nuclear forces, electromagnetism and gravity in the "mesonic ether".

Modern physics has gathered a lot of experimental data, which is further used to develop theories, with the help of powerful mathematics. Physicists have placed high hopes on the maths. In their view, mathematics is able to successfully serve the physics as an explanation of the world order, and to predict yet unknown phenomena, to combine incompatible GR and QM (General theory of Relativity and Quantum Mechanics) with the help of some super-string theory. This seems to confirm the truth of theory.

The author believes that a physical model of the phenomena observed should remain at the basis of any mathematical model which claims to reflect the reality in an appropriate manner. Isaak Newton mathematically described the phenomena of gravitation and inertia, on the basis of Kepler's laws, themselves discovered as a result of accurate observations of Tycho Brahe. He understood that it is not enough to understand the "mechanism" behind these phenomena.

Therefore, the ultimate goal of any description of physical phenomena is to achieve a correct understanding of their nature. Without this, any theory is doomed to failure.
